 sudo dpkg --force-depends -i libifd-cyberjack6_3.99.5final.SP03_amd64_d601a.deb
 sudo apt-get install pcscd

 addgroup cyberjack
 addgroup  cyberjack

Look at the output from (see also /usr/share/doc/libifd-cyberjack6/LIESMICH.txt.gz):

 cyberjack

 sudo gpg --card-status

still reports (even though cyberjack had no errors)
gpg: detected reader `REINER SCT cyberJack pp_a (9709700393) 00 00'
gpg: pcsc_connect failed: unresponsive card (0x80100066)
